As consumers, we’re bombarded daily with nutrition information, to supposedly help us make better health choices. I don’t know about you, but the more information I read, the more I’m puzzled about whether I’m getting enough of the right nutrients.
Protein is definitely one of those puzzling nutrients that gets me in a tizzy: Am I getting enough? Am I getting too much? Which foods have more protein? yada yada yada!
